China Yahoo plans to shut down and delete all information on its new community platform (NCP or Zhan Zhang Tian Xia ) on February 28 due to business restructuring. The NCP was released on December 5, 2007 and provides free platforms to individual and corporate users. The corporate user NCP integrates services including ALIBABA's business-to-business system, online payment tool ALIPAY and online advertising platform ALIMAMA.
