DIANPING.COM, China’s biggest platform for sharing information on life and consumption, has achieved its target set at the beginning of this year for making profits of ¥5m ($729,906) per month, according to Zhang Tao, CEO of DIANPING. As one of the few profit-making websites based on web 2.0, DIANPING.COM might bring hope for the whole web 2.0 industry affected by the financial crisis.
